Attuned Families is a multidisciplinary private practice clinic that specializes in supporting children, youth, and families from an attachment-based lens to address the root cause of social, emotional, relational, and behavioural difficulties in children/youth; leading families to connection and helping children/youth reach their full potential.

Child & Family/Couples Therapist, Play Therapist and Art Therapist, Bilingual (French/English) Therapist
The practice is growing and welcomes applications for multiple positions including: Bilingual (French/English) Therapist, Child & Family/Couples Therapist, Play Therapist and Art Therapist. You are a Social Workers/Psychotherapist who demonstrates excellence in the following:

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to a client's unique needs.
Collaborate with team members and other care providers to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Maintain accurate and up to date documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Engage in data collection and research activities to enhance therapeutic practices and improve patient care.
Maintain a commitment to the mission and values of our practice, including ongoing professional development.
Stay informed of current best practices in therapy.
Qualifications
A Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling Psychology is required
Must be registered and in good standing with the regulating body for your credentials (RSW/RP)
A minimum of 5 years supervised experience in a clinical setting
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with patients and families.
Fluency in French is required for the role of Bilingual Therapist.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week, Monday to Friday and weekends as needed. As this is a contractor/self-employed position and has no guarantee of hours, most associates build up to providing 15-30 hours of direct client work per week.
Salary: $80.00-$110.00 per hour
Location: This position offers a hybrid arrangement contingent upon client need; in person hours will need to be offered in Toronto, ON.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Child & Youth Worker/Child & Youth Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with children, youth and their families to support skill development and meaningful changes.

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support skill development
Provide relationship support, developmental support and respite in clients' homes
Work in collaboration with our Therapists to support Therapeutic goals in home
Communicate with parents on children's daily activities and progress
Support Family relationships
Partner with parents to support their children
Qualifications
Fluent in French and English
Previous experience working with children and their families
Ability to educate and engage children in various activities
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children and parents
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
CYC/CYW/RECE qualifications
