Attuned Families is a Child and Family Therapy practice in West Toronto that specializes in addressing the root cause of social, emotional, relational, behavioural and school-related difficulties with the goal of helping families find connection, parents find peace and children thrive.

Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with assessment and treatment of children in collaboration with their families and a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders

  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs

  • Provide therapy to clients in our offices and in their homes

  • Collaborate with our team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

  • Maintain detailed records of progress and treatment outcomes

  • Remain registered and in good standing with your regulating body

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Valid state licensure or certification

  • Experience working with pediatric clients

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A client-centered, strengths-based, collaborative approach

  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, and independently

Expected hours: 10-30 per week, Monday to Friday and weekends as needed

Salary: $60.00-$100.00 per hour

Social Worker/Psychotherapist

As a Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families overcome challenges and improve their overall well-being. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others through therapy, counseling, and support.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions

  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs

  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients and their families

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

  • Participate in case conferences and team meetings

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

  • Valid state licensure as a Family Therapist

  • Experience working with individuals and families in a therapeutic setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions

Data collection

  • Collect and analyze data related to client progress and treatment outcomes

  • Use assessment tools to gather information about clients' strengths and needs

  • Document data in client records for tracking purposes

Location: in person in Toronto, ON - reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work required

Language: Fluent in French & English

Licence/Certification: RP/RSW Registration in good standing required
