Attuned Families is a Child and Family Therapy practice in West Toronto that specializes in addressing the root cause of social, emotional, relational, behavioural and school-related difficulties with the goal of helping families find connection, parents find peace and children thrive.

Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with assessment and treatment of children in collaboration with their families and a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
Provide therapy to clients in our offices and in their homes
Collaborate with our team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Maintain detailed records of progress and treatment outcomes
Remain registered and in good standing with your regulating body

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid state licensure or certification
Experience working with pediatric clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A client-centered, strengths-based, collaborative approach
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, and independently

Social Worker/Psychotherapist

As a Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families overcome challenges and improve their overall well-being. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others through therapy, counseling, and support.

Responsibilities

Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions
Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
Provide crisis intervention and support to clients and their families
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Participate in case conferences and team meetings

Qualifications

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Valid state licensure as a Family Therapist
Experience working with individuals and families in a therapeutic setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions

Data collection

Collect and analyze data related to client progress and treatment outcomes
Use assessment tools to gather information about clients' strengths and needs
Document data in client records for tracking purposes
