Meet Christina
Christina Lanteigne is a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting infants, children, youth, and parents in schools and other community mental health settings.
She supports clients with adjusting to parenthood, maternal & infant mental health, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, parent/child relationship challenges, and concerns with early childhood behaviour in school & daycare settings.
With warmth and compassion, Christina gets to know you and your children, your family dynamics, and your hopes for outcomes of therapy. Christina is highly trauma-informed and committed to healing within relationships, meaning that she will work diligently to ensure that her relationship with your family will be a place of comfort and safety.
Christina believes in supporting people across the lifespan. She has specialized training in Perinatal, Infant, and Early Childhood Mental Health, and draws on her own experience as a parent, ensuring a safe and non-judgmental space to navigate your concerns. She supports your family with a primary focus on Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. She is also dedicated to ongoing education so that she can remain grounded in an anti-oppressive framework and dedicated to anti-racism.
