Meet Jessica

Jessica is a clinical therapist and Registered Social Worker who specializes in supporting children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, identity issues, autism, and family conflict. She is a member in good standing with the OASW and the OCSWSSW and has worked in hospitals, private healthcare and community service settings.

In your session, you will find Jessica empathetic, curious, and authentic, with a commitment of service to you and your family. Through the therapeutic process, you will have the opportunity to understand and change patterns of behaviour, feelings, and relationships, that are getting in the way of your optimal functioning. From there, you can create a step-by-step plan so that you feel more certainty in how to move forward and reconnect with what is important to you and develop the essential skills and insight needed to lead your life with more joy. Jessica uses a tailored approach for each client that may include skills and practices from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Relational Psychotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness.

In addition to her clinical practice, Jessica has an extensive background in conducting research and working in mental health and wellness. She has a strong passion and background for mindfulness and yoga.

The first step is a phone call with our Client Care Coordinator Anne-Marie to ensure that we get you set up with right support for your family’s unique needs.
