Meet Rhiannon

Rhiannon is a dedicated child and youth worker with over five years of experience working with children, youth, and families, particularly in the context of autism and developmental support. Rhiannon began their career in the wellness sector by working with diverse youth in a variety of settings, including northern reservations and urban classrooms. This unique experience has provided a solid foundation for understanding the specific challenges faced by children and families, especially those from underrepresented communities.

In their work, Rhiannon combines a deep commitment to empowering vulnerable youth with a focus on creating positive, lasting change. Rhiannon works collaboratively with children, youth, and families, fostering trust and understanding to help navigate life’s challenges. Through this, they aim to not only address the immediate needs of youth but also build resilience and confidence for the future.

With a special interest in supporting families, Rhiannon is dedicated to offering guidance and tools that enable families to thrive together. This work is driven by the belief that, by leveraging strengths, building emotional connections, and shifting unhelpful patterns, children and families can create lasting change.

Above all, Rhiannon is passionate about contributing to the growth and well-being of the community, helping youth and families discover new pathways forward and empowering them to overcome obstacles together.
