Payment options

Attuned Families accepts e-transfers and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Credit card payments are made via a secure billing platform. If you are using e-transfer as your form of payment, please send within 24 hours of receiving invoice.

Insurance coverage

Insurance coverage for Registered Social Work, Registered Psychotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Psychology Services (specifically Psychoeducational Testing) varies by employer, provider and program. Review your extended benefits plan to verify your coverage and/or compensation for these services. Questions you can ask your provider include: What is the maximum benefit per benefits year? Is there a per session cap and if so, what is it? When does the benefits year start and finish?

Cancellation policy

If you or your child are unable to attend your therapy session, please notify us a minimum of 48-hours before your appointment to avoid being charged the full rate.
